By accessing or using the QuickStix Paediatrics website at https://www.quickstixpaediatrics.com.au (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. We may update these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, which may include displaying a notice on the Site. The date of the most recent update is shown above. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Site is operated by Thomson Health Group Pty Ltd (ABN 92 697 558 517) trading as QuickStix Paediatrics, a paediatric urgent care and general paediatrics clinic based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

This Site is currently in a pre-launch phase. QuickStix Paediatrics is not yet open for clinical services. Nothing on this Site constitutes a booking, an appointment, a referral, or the establishment of a clinical, doctor-patient relationship between you and QuickStix Paediatrics or any of its practitioners.

4. Pre-Launch Status

Registering your interest through this Site does not enrol you or your child as a patient, create an appointment, or establish any clinical or contractual relationship. We will contact you with updates as the clinic approaches its opening date.

This clause will be removed and replaced with patient-facing terms of service upon the commencement of clinical operations. Until that time, nothing on this Site constitutes a clinical engagement of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, layout, branding, icons, downloadable materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Thomson Health Group Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

"QuickStix Paediatrics", "Big care for little humans. Fast.", associated logos, branding elements, and other distinctive identifiers used on this Site are proprietary intellectual property of Thomson Health Group Pty Ltd. QuickStix Paediatrics™ is claimed as a trade mark of Thomson Health Group Pty Ltd. Australian trade mark applications are pending in relation to certain names, logos, and branding elements and have not yet been examined or accepted by IP Australia.

You may access, download, and print material from this Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:

reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent;
use our name, logo, branding, trade marks, or other intellectual property in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or association without permission;
